Lucky Dogs manufactures a commercial model perfect for the exciting AKC sport of Fast Cat as well as the new competitive sport of Dragrace & Precision Coursing. With speeds of 58+ MPH in a competition FAST-CAT configuration, these machines deliver the speed and control an operator needs to safely and successfully bring out the maximum performance of each dog.
This continuous loop, fully reversible system makes set up and operation a breeze. With top notch stainless steel hardware and cooling fan that runs continuously while in operation, this equipment is designed to handle hours and hours of activity without overheating. The pulleys are manufactured from hard, durable plastic with a safe clam shell design and high performance stainless-steel high-speed bearings. The Lucky Dogs equipment plugs into a standard US 110 Volt electric outlet, so any standard plug will do. But, if in the field, a minimum of a 1500 Watt generator will do the trick, or a minimum 1500 Watt power inverter off a 12 Volt battery. We recommend going with a 2000 Watt power source just to have a little extra.
The special Fast Cat package on our equipment page provides the Best Value to meet the AKC requirements of a backup machine for competitive events. With two machines, eight pulleys and 2 rolls of 1000 ft. string your club or organization has the Lure Coursing equipment required for these exciting competitive sports.
